Square Air Ltd. is a member of Square Group, has launched helicopter service in 2010. In order to facilitate the movement safely and comfortably for top Executives, Emergency Medical Services (EMS) nationwide, Square Air Ltd operating 3 different types of helicopters. Square Air has purchased and operating brand new Robinson R-66, Bell 407, and Twin Turbine Engine Bell 429 helicopters. Any organization may use our facility for their business and medical evacuations. Our highly trained and experienced Ex-air force pilots, engineers and ground crews are committed to ensure your safety and comfort.
In Bangladesh the percentage of traveling population is increasing day by day with the growing and rapidly changing economic and business environments. More and more people are traveling for business, recreation and emergency medical needs. To keep pace with time, the mode of conveyance is also improving. Bell 429 Helicopter:
Bell is the most prestigious name in the helicopter industry. It is a sample of excellence of over 50 years. Square Air Ltd has purchased one Brand new, State of the Art "Bell 429" "Twin Turbine Engine" (Two Pratt & Whitney, PW 207D1 Engines) executive helicopter from Bell Helicopter Textron, Canada. This Bell 429 helicopter is equipped with all modern equipment like Digital Glass Cockpit, Autopilot, Weather Radar, Flight Director, Radio altimeter, single pilot IFR configuration. All these features enables the helicopter to be operated; at all weather condition, including day-night operation. The Bell 429’s Integrated Avionics System features multi function displays (MFD) with advanced "Flight Management System" (FMS). The FMS is integrated with "Air Data Attitude Heading Reference System" (ADAHRS), "Air Data Computer" (ADC), "Aircraft Data Interface Unit" (ADIU), "Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System" (EGPWS), ADSB Transponder & "Survival Emergency Locator Transmitter" ELT (S). This platform also features, duel digital 3-axis autopilot and an integrated electronic system like "Flight Data Recorder" (FDR), "Cockpit Voice Recorder" (CVR) & the "Traffic Collision Avoidance System" (TCAS). All these features, together provides enhances situational awareness and post flight analysis.

Bell 407 Helicopter:
The Bell 407 is an inimitable legacy of reliability and value. It is a light single-engine (Rolls Royce 250-C47B), four-bladed civil utility versatile helicopter. It features a sleek design & advanced technologies; which includes "Full Authority Digital Electronic Control System" (FADEC), Garmin GPS 530 and GPS 430 with Storm Scope, Mode C Transponder, Traffic Alert System (TAS), "Survival Emergency Locator Transmitter" ELT (S), Vibration Damper A.K.A. FRAHM Assembly. Outstanding performance and exceptional passenger comfort with smooth and quiet ride in its class. It is a brand new helicopter and fully air-conditioned. The Bell 407 is the first choice of those who put performance and comfort first. It is used for multipurpose missions.
Robinson R-66 Helicopter:
Robinson is currently the world’s leading manufacturer of civil helicopters. Robinson’s latest model, the R-66 Turbine was FAA certified on 25th October 2010. It is a light single-engine (Rolls Royce RR-300), two-bladed civil utility versatile helicopter. It features an advance design & latest technologies, such as "Digital Glass Cockpit", Garmin GTN 750 (GPS,Transmission & Navigation),"Radio Altimeter", Single Channel Autopilot - "Stability Augmentation System" (SAS), "Emergency Locator Transmitter" (ELT), ADSB Transponder. All these advance technologies, ensure an excellent comfort in all the way. It has improved reserve power, performance, HID landing lights and large baggage compartment. It is a brand new helicopter and provides passengers a fully air-conditioned environment in the sky.
Blue Flying Academy Ltd. is a professional Pilot Training Academy in the country. We specialize in flying training meant for producing private Airline and Commercial Pilots. BFA is a registered Training School (RTS) in the Bangladesh. This accreditation allows BFA to bring international students to Bangladesh with an extended visa.
BFA has the best Airline Pilot Flight Training facilities in South Asia. It has digital multimedia projector classrooms, briefing rooms and a state of the art dual Synthetic flight simulator. BRB Air Limited, a sister concern of BRB Group has launched its Non-scheduled Commercial Helicopter Service in July 2013. BRB Air offers services to Corporate, Chartered and Air Ambulance / EMS with itsbrand new Bell 407GX helicopter ensuring safety and comfort. A group of highly professional and experienced Ex-Air Force Pilots and Engineers trained in USA ensure safe operation. BRB Air is planning to induct double engine helicopter in near future in its fleet.

NOVOAIR was established in October 2007 as an aviation service provider as the business diversification of parent company "Tusuka Group". NOVOAIR launched commercial operations on 9 Jan 2013 with Embraer 145 jet aircraft. Later the Embraer fleet was replaced with ATR 72-500 turboprop aircraft.

Regent Airways is a leading private Airlines of Bangladesh, with world-class service on its Domestic and International routes.
Regent Airways a subsidiary of Habib Group started its journey on 2nd February, 2010 and took to air with 2 Bombardier DASH-8 Q300 aircraft commencing commercial operation with effect from 10th November, 2010. Initially the wings of Regent served the domestic skies for two years before spreading it to International destination.
With its expanded fleet of Boeing 737-700 NG aircraft Regent launched its international flights in July 2013. In addition one B-737-800 NG aircraft has joined the fleet in April 2016

Since then it is operating efficiently and effectively. Second Robinson R66 Helicopter has joined recently, making its fleet size to two.
Presently Bashundhara Airways is operating from Hajrat Shahjalal International Airport Dhaka. The total helicopter industry of Bangladesh is in a process of relocation due to expansion of 3rd Airport Terminal. With this opportunity, we have taken a project to establish first Private Heliport & Aeronautical Complex of Bangladesh, in our Area, which is around 5nm east of International Airport. The land size is more than 750,000 SFT. Formal inspection by CAAB inspector is already completed & we are now waiting for NOC from CAAB. There will be arrangement to accommodate all helicopters presently operating in Bangladesh along with next 25 years future expansions. There will be other facilities for full helicopter service starting from flying operation environment, office and commercial spaces, MRO organizations, Academic institution for developing professionals etc. of general aviation industry. Other then Bashundhara, no business organization of Bangladesh has such luxury to provide such huge land in the heart of Dhaka City, Bangladesh.
We have dedicated Airways City office with all senior executives approved from CAAB. We host engineering Team, Marketing Team, Admin and Operation Team. Above all our mother company has 3600 business activities starting from in house Finance, Supply Chain department, Banking, Import-export etc.
Though we have come late (2016) in General Aviation, but we have strong addiction to take majority Market share & lead helicopter industry of Bangladesh by providing un-questionable flight safety, unmatched service and un-broken commitment. In future we like to expand our arena to our nearby countries with an opportunity to focus globally.
